An original hand colored print titled: Mecklenburg-Schwerin und Strelitz. Mecklenburg-Schwerinscher, Grenadier, Artillerie-Offizier und Infanterie-Offizier. 1812. It is Band I, Plate 48, Uniformenkunde Gesamtverzeichnis no. 460, from the Uniformenkunde series of 1060 plates created by Richard Knotel to illustrate world uniforms from the 17th century to just prior to WWI.
The plate is from the original 1890 printing by Max Babenzien in Rathenow.
The condition is as shown in the product images which are photographs of the actual plate. The plate is in fair condition with some yellowing. There is a small piece of repair tape near the center of the top edge, two punch holes on the left margin and a small liquid stain on the center of the left edge between the punch holes.
